Wei, Wei & Co., LLP, is a full service accounting firm that was organized in 1995 by Steve Wei and Liren Wei. It traces its roots to a sole-proprietorship established by Steve Wei, CPA in 1969. Through internal growth and subsequent mergers, it is now a five-partner firm employing a staff of over seventy, and with offices in Queens, New York, Los Angeles, California, and Beijing, China. We are the largest CPA firm in Queens, New York.

We have worked with the Big Four and other mid-sized accounting firms and we are an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA. BDO Alliance USA is a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting, and service firms with similar client service goals. By accessing the resources of BDO USA, LLP and each other, the Alliance presents an opportunity its members firms to expand services to their clients without jeopardizing their existing client relationships or their autonomy.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Brian Lee, a partner of the firm, started his accounting career right after graduating from SUNY-Binghamton. During the first few years of his career, he had been a staff accountant, internal auditor and accounting manager in private industries. With the ambition of becoming a certified public accountant and owning his own accounting firm, he transferred to public accounting. Brian Lee established his own CPA firm in 1982. In 1996, Brian Lee became a partner of Israeloff, Chan & Lee, LLP. For nine years, he had been the managing partner until Mr. Israeloff’s retirement. From 2005 till 2007, he was the managing partner for Chen & Lee, CPAs, LLP. On January 1, 2008, he joined Wei, Wei & Co., LLP as one of the five founding partners. With over twenty-eight (28) years of experience, Brian Lee has built up his reputation as a dedicated, knowledgeable accountant. He has developed good expertise in tax and financial planning in addition to the regular accounting and auditing services. His clients include variety of businesses, such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, professional service, construction, transportation, franchise, real estate and not-for-profit, with real estate and trading making up a good portion of total cliental and business revenues. Brian Lee is a well known accountant and conducts a well established accounting firm serving not only Chinese community, but also other ethnic groups, and not only New York State, but also many other States and Cities in the U.S.. He has been frequently invited to give speeches in the topics of taxation and finance for the benefits of Chinese Community. Since 2002, he has been hosting a radio program in Chinese American Voice, a local radio station, in the similar topics.
